How do I find a placement?
Open Explore to browse advertising opportunities. Use search and filters for audience, channel, and price, then open a listing for the publisher, requirements, and booking details.
What are campaigns and wish lists?
A campaign groups the placements you plan to run. A wish list saves listings you want to come back to. Both are available from your account after you sign in.
How do booking and wallet payment work?
Request a booking from the listing. The publisher reviews it. When they accept, you pay the amount due from your AdApt wallet. If the balance is short, add funds with a wallet top-up and then complete payment. The booking stays pending until that payment succeeds.
How do I update my account?
Sign in and open Profile. From there you can update your name, company, and phone number, change your password, manage saved contacts, and view your wallet.
How do I become a publisher?
When Become a Publisher is shown in the header or footer, it opens the publisher signup page. You can also write to us from Contact us.
