AdApt is an advertising marketplace operated by Bumple Nigeria Limited. This policy describes the information we handle when you use the AdApt website to discover placements, manage campaigns, and book advertising.

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a password, or the profile details returned by Google if you sign in that way. You can also add a company name and phone number in account settings.

When you build a campaign, save a wish list, or request a booking, we store the placement, schedule, creative notes, and other details you submit so the request can be reviewed and fulfilled.

If you email us or use the contact page, we keep the message and the address you use so we can reply.

We use this information to run your account, show marketplace listings, process booking requests, take payment from your wallet, and send messages about those activities.

We also use it to keep the service secure, investigate misuse, and meet record-keeping duties that apply to payments and contracts.

Accepted bookings are paid from your AdApt wallet. To add funds, you start a top-up that is completed by our payment processor. AdApt stores the top-up amount, status, and reference. We do not store your full card number.

Publishers receive the booking details they need to deliver the placement you requested.

When you use AdApt we use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These tools may store a cookie or similar identifier in your browser and receive pages you visit, general device information, and actions such as searches and bookings.

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking them may limit how we measure the product. It does not stop the account, booking, and payment data described above.

We share booking details with the publisher responsible for that placement. We share payment details required to complete a wallet top-up with the payment processor.

Companies that host the site, store data, or send email may process information on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect AdApt, our users, or the public.

We keep account information while your account is open. Booking, campaign, and wallet records are kept for as long as needed to complete the placement, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal requirements.
