Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdApt, the advertising marketplace operated by Bumple Nigeria Limited. By creating an account or booking a placement, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

AdApt lets advertisers discover digital placements, organise them into campaigns and wish lists, and request bookings from publishers. Listing details, availability, and prices are set by publishers and can change.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of the marketplace. We do not guarantee that a listing will stay available or that a publisher will accept a request.

You need an account to book. You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is used in breach of these terms or in a way that harms other users or the marketplace.

A booking request is an offer to buy the placement described in the listing. It is confirmed only when the publisher accepts it and the amount due is paid from your wallet.

You are responsible for the campaign details and creative you submit, and for making sure they are lawful and fit the placement.

Prices are shown on the listing before you submit a request. Payment is taken from your AdApt wallet. You can add funds through the payment processor we use for wallet top-ups.

Wallet balances are for spending on AdApt bookings. They are not a bank account. Failed or reversed top-ups are not added to your balance.

Publishers are responsible for the placements they list and for delivering an accepted booking. A dispute about delivery should be raised with us through the Contact us page so we can look at the booking record.

Do not misuse AdApt. That includes attempting to access another person’s account, interfering with the service, submitting unlawful advertising, or using the marketplace to mislead audiences.

AdApt is provided as a marketplace between advertisers and publishers. To the extent the law allows, Bumple Nigeria Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a publisher’s failure to deliver a placement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use AdApt after an update means you accept the revised terms.
